Dear Customer,
Today the server was crahsed, We had to reinstalled the OS on a new HDD & Copied the Data from OLD HDD. This caused a long down time. This was not excepted so we could not inform you in advance about the down time.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you & assure you we are trying @ our best to provide you the best services.
Please do not open ticket regarding this down time as we have published here what was happened. Tickets regarding this down time will not be answered as what has been done is done & we can not change it & we do not want to waste our time by discussing it but we only want to work toward improving our services.
